Zitro Technology Solutions is a website development and design firm founded and operated in Las Vegas, New Mexico.  We are a professional website development company that focuses on the latest cutting edge information systems and technologies.  Most importantly, our goal is to create a long-term relationship with each company we work with by offering cost effective solutions with a solid foundation of support and maintenance.

The Team

angelo ortiz

Angelo founded Zitro Technology Solutions in 2006 after noticing the demand for website development and IT support for small businesses in his hometown of Las Vegas, NM.  He holds a BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from New Mexico Highlands University and is currently employed as a software developer and systems programmer at Los Alamos National Laboratory.  He has extensive experience as a systems administrator at NMHU and at LANL specializing in Linux/UNIX operating systems as well as Windows-based systems.  His involvement in various computer and network security projects gives Zitro Technology Solutions a unique advantage when it comes to developing secure applications for clients.  His skill set includes knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Perl, PHP, SQL, XHTML and XML.  Knowledge of operating systems, development applications and frameworks include Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/7/Server2003/Server2008, Mac OS X, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, Solaris, Joomla, Wordpress, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, MySQL. 

Aside from being the mastermind behind Zitro Technology Solutions, Angelo has a passion for his family and the outdoors.  He enjoys spending time with Olivia and their three boys Jonah, Noah and Elijah.  He can also be found deep in the beautiful mountains and forests of northern New Mexico bowhunting elk or fly fishing in the majestic Pecos Wilderness.  

olivia ortiz

marketing director / graphic designer / web developer

Olivia manages much of the website maintenance and updating for clients along with all the marketing and advertising for Zitro Technology Solutions.  She holds a BA in Elementary Education from New Mexico Highlands University and is fluent in Spanish.  She has a solid foundation in Joomla and applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.  She is also the primary designer behind many of the visions that the firm produces. It's her creative ability and proactive attitude that keep Zitro Technology Solutions on the forefront of the web design market.

By day Olivia is a busy housewife, taxiing her boys Jonah, Noah, and Elijah to wrestling, basketball, football, bible class, and mariachi rehearsal, and managing the house but by night she can be found behind the screen of her MacBook Pro doing development and design work.  During the months of September through January you can expect her to be wearing New England Patriots memorabilia and screaming at the television on Monday nights.
